For questions, reports, proposals. A person answers, not a ticketing system: it takes as long as it takes. Writing in English is fine.
Writing encrypted
For an encrypted message, write to zot@mochela.it, who runs mochela.it. Thunderbird and the other programs that encrypt find the OpenPGP key by themselves: just type the address.
Before trusting it, check that its identification code (the fingerprint) is this one:
27F5 F898 01AD 61B9 49F9 6AD5 50AE B0C7 83EF D97E
Key ID (the last 16 digits of the fingerprint): 50AE B0C7 83EF D97E. To look it up on a keyserver use the full fingerprint or the address, not the short 8-digit ID: it can match other people's keys too.
- From a terminal:
gpg --locate-keys zot@mochela.it - To download: zot.asc
- On keys.openpgp.org
SimpleX
To write with no phone number and no user name, there is Z0T's SimpleX address, on the mochela servers. With the SimpleX Chat app scan the code, or copy the link and paste it into the app (New chat, then paste the link).

Reporting a problem
A mistake on the website, a service that does not answer, a security flaw: write to info@mochela.it, preferably encrypted. For security flaws, give us time to fix them before making them public.
Reporting abuse
Spam or other misuse coming from a @mochela.it address: write to abuse@mochela.it, attaching the full message with its headers. The rules of use apply to everyone.
