From here you enter the settings of your mail account. It is not a webmail: you do not read messages here, but with a mail program.
It opens posta.mochela.it. Check that the address at the top is exactly this before typing your password.
What you can do
- Change your password, starting with the one you were given.
- Turn on two-factor authentication: besides the password, a code from an app on your phone. Turn it on.
- Create app passwords: one for each device. If you lose your phone, you delete only its password.
- Upload your OpenPGP key, to encrypt the mail you receive as well.
And to read mail?
There is no webmail, by choice: it would be one more door open to the Internet. You read mail with a program on your device, such as Thunderbird (on Android too) or Apple Mail. Your address and password are enough: how to set it up.
Beware of fakes
mochela.it will never ask for your password by mail, on SimpleX or on the phone. If a message sends you to "verify your account" at some other address, it is an attempt to steal it: do not click, and report it to abuse@mochela.it.
